FINAL REFLECTION


  • What have I learnt in this module? : I learnt the importance of applying the rules of design principles when creating an artwork.

  • What did I enjoy the most? : The thing I enjoyed most from this class was doing the assignments and trying to find creative ways to create my artwork.

  • What did I not enjoy the most? : The class itself was mostly waiting for the teacher to call our names and go to show our work in order to get feedback. There was a long wait till we had to do that and it felt like the class dragged because of it.

  • What have I learnt about myself through this module? : I learnt that i still have to improve my time management skills and start doing my work earlier.

  • What has changed and what has not in my learning journey? : I have now focused on making sure i follow design principles in my artworks. However, I still have a very similar workflow.

  • What could be improve in this module?: In my personal opinion, I believe that the lectures should be given in person at class or at least in an online meeting.

PROJECT 2B — CONCEPTUAL PRODUCT PHOTOSHOOT

MOOD BOARD Fig 1.1 - mood board RESEARCH AND IDEATION For my combinations i went with more techy and modern looking objects. For my first idea I combined a tissue box and a note book. The idea for this idea was that you can flip through the pages normally, or alternatively you can now also take individual pieces of paper through the opening in the top like a tissue box. For my second idea i combined a perfume bottle with a gopro tripod. The idea for this was so that that the nozzle of the perfume bottle can have the same level of adjustment as the tripod. The nozzle can be attached and detached, It can also add additional attachments to the nozzle. For my final sketch I combine a microphone stand and bodyspray bottle.
